Hello,
Thought that I'd introduce myself!
I lost 5 stone with Slimming World last year and reached target last summer.
All was good, although I kept slipping well under target - it was at that point that I stopped going to group, especially as there wasn't much support aimed at 'maintainers'.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I had a bit of a lifestyle change and to be honest, eating well was low on my priority list.
So here I am, just over a stone heavier.
I'm still within the 'healthy' BMI range, but I am so unhappy with myself, that I've decided to take action now!
I will be joining another group on Thursday evening (as could not face going back to my old group) and I am so looking forward to being a part of it again!
I am already back on plan (day 2) and feel so much better already :D.
I know that I don't have a huge amount to lose, but I need to make sure that I don't go back to that dark place that I was in until last year.

Hi I'm new here, also doing slimming world and lost around 5 stone and put some back on. You'll get there again! Hopefully your new consultant will be better at supporting target members. This worries me a little as my consultant is lovely but our groups target members do get ignored a bit. x
 
Well done u on Ur amazing loss!! Well I joined slimming world last week, I would like to lose maybe a stone and a half or two stone, but I am finding the plan hard to follow!! I do the green days but don't under that if I do a red do and start the day of with meat do I then have to continue to eat meat for lunch and dinner!! I'm sort of only having rice potatoes pasta!!

If you do a green days it's rice, pasta potatoes etc all day but you can use your healthy extra B's for meat or fish.

Red day it's meat and fish all day but you can use you healthy extra B's for pasta or potatoes.

Extra easy you can combine pasta, portatoes, meat, fish, rice etc but you only have 1HEA and 1 HEB.

Read around this forum it's really helpful and explains things quite well.

It does take a while to get your head around SW but once you're there you'll be fine :)
 
Welcome back to SW, congratulations on the 5st loss, that's no mean feat! Do you have lots of pictures through your journey and at target? You could find the one you most resemble now and compare it to your target picture - it will keep you on track because you've done it before so you know it's possible!
