Suddenly remembered this morning that I hadn't had eggy bread for ages.
Beat up two eggs seasoned with a little salt and black pepper, cut my 2 slices of wholemeal (HEXB) into quarter triangles and soaked them in the egg till it was all absorbed.
Heated up a frying pan sprayed with fry light and fried them until puffed up and crispy.
Delicious!
