Dreams

Wow I haven't had a dream like that since the first wk of LT, I sabotaged my diet with everything, weird! I also felt like I could really eat all day yesterday, couldn't stop thinking about food.
In reality still 100% thank goodness!!! Phew......................

LOL dreams are funny arent they, I had a dream about drowning in water then found a log flume boat and was saved but swam past a table with loads of chocolate on it so grabbed a load >< maybe its all the water i am drinking lol

I'm sleeping too soundly for dreams at the moment. It's the day-time hallucinations that get me. Paul McKenna apparently said you can dream about eating a whole meal a mouthful at a time and feel full up. No you can't. I tried it but couldn't stop dribbling!
