chicken drumstick's

hi all

i'm a little confused thinking of having chicken drumsticks for dinner tonight

i have looked on my phone app and it says

chicken drumstick 47g skinless cooked 2pp
chicken drumstick 47g skinless raw 1pp

now i wouldn't use any fat to cook my drumsticks so what you point it as.

if anyone can help i would really appreciate it as i really fancy these now

Go by the raw weight and don't forget to take the skin off

It's cause if they are 47g when cooked they were like 60g when raw, as they loose water weight when cooked so are actually bigger drum sticks hope this helps
