Hi, i joined SW in May 2010 and was doing really well until just before christmas when the lbs started to creep back on. And i gained a staggering 9lbs over the christmas break. I was gutted to say the least but it was also my 40th so i suppose it was to be expected. Anyway i have struggled to get back on track, i have been following plan 100 % for the past 2 1/2 weeks and thought if i started posting my food diaries every day then it would help me keep on track, enough wittering on , so here goes.

Tuna with red onion and sweetcorn in 2TBSP ELF Mayo (1 Syn) and salad
Tea
