Since I started my SW diet 3 days ago, I have taken my son out in his pram for lengthy walks every day!! I'm so so proud of myself for doing this as im a bit scared to go outside due to my excessive weight gain.

Yeah I know its only 3 days running but this is really big for me, I hated to go out, I just hid in the house all day everyday. Whats even better is my little boy is getting to go out and get some fresh air! Today we took a walk down the canal to see the swans and all the geese, it was lovely to see him smiling so much :)

Day 3 has gone well again for me, Breakfast I had a bowl of fresh strawberries, lunch I had a mushroom and bacon omlette, tea I made a SW chicken tikka masala with extra chilli (was very spicy! lol) and for supper Ive had 2 weetabix with low fat natural yoghurt fresh strawberries and fresh raspberries. Ive also had a satsuma, a can of coke zero and a bottle of evian lol... Ive only used 1 syn on my microwave rice but thats it :) (Im on extra easy)

What other forms of exercise can I do thats easy to do with my son? (swimming is out of the question until I drop at least 4 stone! lol)

walking sounds a great idea now the weathers starting to change. my dog is finally starting to enjoy her walks again and your little one is still young enough to go play on swings etc ;-)

Well done you, it can be so hard to get in the right frame of mind to get started on getting more active. You should feel proud of yourself, how about doin a bit of dancin with your lil one that's lots of fun for both of you and if you close the blinds no need to feel shy you can let loose and enjoy! Even ten minutes here and there counts... it all adds up ( toodles off to practise what i'm preaching).

I know how you feel trying to fit exercising around looking after childern mine are 5 and 2 so every day we walk every where the car is pretty much redundent plus i got a buggy bike it's a trailer that attatch's to the back of your bike and you pull the little one's along safely as there's 2 safety harness's in and even a little "boot" in the back for a packed lunch or even some shopping like ive been doing. and just keep at it good luch x

good for you, thats fantastic. i love walking with the kids, can't say they liked being dragged out in the rain last week but hey, they enjoyed the puddles lol. keep up the good work, you have good reason to be very proud of yourself xxx
