Pro points for pancakes.

Ingredients
140g tesco value plain flour - 13 pro-points
3 average sized eggs - 6 pro-points
200ml tesco value semi-skimmed milk - 3 pro-points

Values
Totals add up to - 22 pro-points
Makes 12 small pancakes - 2 pro-points each.
Makes 6 regular sized pancakes - 4 pro-points each
Makes 3 large pancakes - 8 pro-points each

I've taken the average for everything to work out the pro-points per pancake. They might vary depending on the size of the pancake and products used. Does this sound about right? :)

Hi. I am confused by the maths?

It says total points are 22 however, if you add up the values, they come to 24?

To clarify, I mean. 12 pancakes at 2 points each, 6 pancakes at 4 points each or 3 pancakes at 8 points each. They all add up to 24 yet the combines ingredients add up to 22 so I don't understand the mathematics?

Can anyone please help so I can get this right for some nice savoury ones!!

op has taken the whole recipe and divided out into portions, which is correct

22 divided by 12 = 1.8 which is 2.

22 divided by 6 = 3.6 which is 4

22 divided by 3 = 7.3 (could round down to 7, but I probably would do the same as original poster and count 8)
