be patient and it'll come sometimes our bodies seem to stick at familiar weights or along the journey.
As Previous poster said perhaps review your calories - this could be hidden calories in drinks etc or maybe it's time to adjust how much you're eating in a sitting etc.
I have really struggled to reduce the pasta or rice in a meal! I still find myself looking at it like I'm being 'cheated' out of the rest of my meal but in honesty i'm not hungry after it's just my perception of a meal that is distorted. I'd have argued before now at my 'over eating' as I really didn't think I did overeat! lol
Sorry for rambling, just want you to know you're not alone in the journey. I hit 17st odd some years back and have struggled along the way too many times to mention.
Keep up the great work and ignore the scales for a few weeks - go by inches or just be good and you'll soon see the rewards. ((hugs))
