Well, this is my third attempt at a diary on here! I attempted to get back on the wagon, but then fell off again :( So any support would be greatly appreciated. Just weighed myself, and it seems I have put on about 3 pounds since about early January. Not the end of the world, but I was doing so well, and I want to do well again!

I'm also going to try and be totally honest with it. If I go over syns, it's better to admit it and then move on :break_diet:

Home made fruit salad (apples, mandarins, mango, pineapple, kiwi, grapes & cherries)

Fair start, could be worse :)

Oooh, I've actually stayed the same since my last gain. Not as bad as I thought, but still not good. Kick up the bum!

Gone over on syns again, but I did go for a walk for about an hour, and have done loads of housework.

Gonna attempt to do the curry in a slow cooker on Wednesday. Never used one before, but recently been given a tiny one, so will give it a shot!

thinking:

Turkey, onions and spices lightly fried in fry light
Add in with tinned tomatoes
Then cook on low, checking throughout the day

Hello, someone else up at stupid o'clock!

I'm finding it ok. Naughty things were slowly creeping into the house, so I've been trying to palm them off on the other half, but it hurts sometimes, so I have a wee nibble :D

Slowly working myself up to getting into the full swing of it, as its more of a mind thing with me. Expecting a gain today as mother nature has chosen this week to make me bloated, but fingers crossed!

Congrats on your losses so far, I hope one day I can have stats just like you!

Well done!

I lost all of mine last year - I reached target in June last year and then stopped going to group and coming on here in October last year and I'm now 12lbs heavier!

This is a great place to get support and to remind yourself of the reasons for doing this.

Well done on your result and I look forward to reading about more losses!
 
Having one of those down days. We've taken on a Cockatoo who self mutilates, and yesterday picked a hole in his chest right through to his ribs. So most of yesterday I was deeply saddened, as there was nothing I could do, and there was blood everywhere. Other half came home to try and sort it, and he was snappy with me, snappy with the bird, so I ended up in tears. This was then followed by a work meeting, where I found out we're facing a 50% pay cut. Went to bed in a funny mood, and woke up feeling ever so down, and wanting to crawl under a rock till June!
Cockatoo has picked a hole in his dressing, so looks like my day is going to be similar to yesterday. The house is a right mess, as the other half is slowly in the process of moving in, but all I want to do is sit and wallow. It's one of them days when your hair is frizzy, spots on your face, convinced nothing fits, and don't want to go out in public!
So I'm gonna have to kick myself up the arse, go the the post office, then set about tidying the house, see if it lifts my mood when there isn't bird seed and cat hair everywhere!

Skipped breakfast, couldn't be bothered :(
