Hey peeps, I am at work at the mo and I am going to have 2 boiled eggs and a white bread roll. I havnt had any healthy extras today. Can I include my white bread roll as a HEX or do I have to syn it? I dont have my book with me at the mo

You'll have to syn the white breadroll. Do you know how much it weighs.

(For people who like white bread the only white bread to be a Heb is Nimle white - 2 slices for Heb)
