Activity points

ww say yes you'll still lose weight using all those but weightloss would be slower.:)
 
I was just wondering the same thing :) I have gained over 20 activity points this week, I am primarily hoping to tone and to my weight loss journey but do others find that using them makes a vast difference
 
I dont use my activity points at all - just exercise as extra and forget about any activity points
 
Thanks ladies :) how are you finding exercise impacts on your losses? I
Am hoping it has sped mine up as I have found my loss was always slow without exercise.
