Hey guys,

I am restarting today after having major blips and putting 2 of my 3 stones back on that I had lost :( I have drawn a line under it and have sworn that this is the last time I am doing this and I will succeed. It is so much harder the 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th...... time on CD but I was wondering if anyone has restarted again or several times and gone on to lose the weight they wanted to after initially having problems etc??

Thanks guys
Verity x x :)

I am on my restart after putting on a stone which I now need to loose and an extra 1/2 for good luck. Your right it is so much harder and I tried a few times before getting into it properly!

I had to go right back to basics no coke zero, no picking at bits if chicken and sort of ss'ing/790 ish. Right back to the begining of 3 packs and lots of water to get my head in the right place. Im now on day 8 so am fully into it and there is no looking back for me now!

If you are determined you really can do it. You know what to do how to do it whens the best time for you to have your shakes etc. You also know that all the yummy food out there that tempts you will still be there when you finish, and you also know that it is not worth it to break the diet and keep going around and around in circles because you always end up feeling fed up!

If I can do it you def can chick :)

Pop over to the Strugglers + re-starters for some more info or to see my diary. There is also Mini's fallen angle thread which is good to get you going :)

Well, initially I lost 5st of 'I'm just overweight' weight 16 years ago. But that went back on when I was pregnant, so I had it all to lose again 7 years ago. Then with my last pregnancy I put on 7 stone, virtually lost it now, (lost most of it in 2004, then had a break cos of a death in the family) so yes I'm a restarter.

I have found it harder each time. But somehow I have managed to find the determination to just grit my teeth and get on with it. And you have to find that determination to just get the job done or you end up drifting through not really getting anywhere. I've done a lot of that too.

Just keep plugging away at it.
