Just started today (2 days early) and I am struggling already with a massive appetite and a crazy sweet tooth
I normally focus on green/EE days anyway, and I know that having lots of carbs usually helps me not snacking. But today I have had 17 syns already and Im sitting here at 10.15pm desperately trying not to think about what else I can munch on
So plan of action for the weekend? Eating lots of pasta, fruit, making another chocolate scan bran cake, drinking tonnes of water and trying to resist the urge to have a bacardi (or worse cracking open a bottle of wine!)
Not sure what the point of this post is really - I know what I should do! Just a bit of reasurance that I can do it, and that I dont need to blow another week just because of my body clock.
