Just a bit of fun to have a mini goal to aim for to help keep us on track and i've found them really helpful - good luck.

yes.. they just mini goals, really keeps me motivated when I reach my mini goals, as it is a long journey (for me anyhow) and I think I would lose all hope if I looked at my goal weight for motivation, much easier to do it in bite size goals (excuse the pun 
)
