Hi
Does anyone know the syn value for the new special k clusters? I tried a couple of the honey flavour yesterday and I have to say they're rather moreish!

Just work it out from the calories - 1 syn for every 20

Is normal special k an HEB? I've no idea what special k sustain is lol

No afraid not - special K isn't very good for you at all - low in fibre and higher in sugar than the kiddies cereals. Only the sustain stuff is a HEB

Omg seriously???? Their marketing should be changed that's terrible! I have ate it with WW but not SW thankfully. Thanks
