hi, wonder if anyone can tell me how many syns are in these jars? I've tried doing the calculator to work out myself, but I never seem to be able to work this right!

I'd be grateful if anyone can tell me this

Why not make your own i do with either just passatta and some garlic and red chilli or chilli powder or with other veg too. Delicous with prawns or quorn meatballs and free free free.

Otherwise post the nutrition value

sauces have no free food allowance, so you can easily work out by using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

thanks very much for finding that. 15 syns I normally do make my own, but sometimes after work, i'm lazy and just open a jar. At least it's a lot better than Lloyd Grosman sauces, some of his jars are 30 odd syns!!

Thanks again, will stick to making a bit batch at the weekend and freezing!
