SAS

Just doing it this time
I'm doing this this week - I have messed about with the plan since Christmas - gaining 2.5lb's over Christmas and then losing it - getting below 11 stones and then regaining a pound etc - so I am doing the S.A.S hoping it[ll keep me on track like my first few weeks on SW plan. So far (two days in) and it's working. Wish me luck.

Anyone else had experience of the S.A.S.

Its called Slimmers Against Sabotage (sp's?!) and its like a more indept food diary. You fill in EVERYTHING you eat and whether its syned/free, is it weighed, did you plan on eating it etc etc so the idea is you can pick up on things which may show where you are going off plan.

I did it for a few days however I was successfully loosing, was kinda more outa curiosity but i know one lady who did it and found out that she was having up to 6-8 Heb's a day! (on red/green) she had been maintaining for 2 months and didnt know why, and she would not plan so would start the day doing red, then forget and switch so of course the free foods change and she didnt realise she was doing it!! and because she wasnt writting EVERYTHING down it didnt show before hand. Therefore it can be very very useful tool indeed.

If you have access to the website, go on useful features and type in sas, it will come up with the sheet bit like a food diary which you can print off if you wanted hth x

As above, just adding that SAS is for your eyes only, so it can help you explore your emotions etc that might be influencing your food choices.
I did it for a few days last year, but it didn't help me at all. Worth a go though; good luck x
