Hi,

Does anyone have a food diary they could email me - a blank one for me to write on please. I am having a holiday from slimming world tonight as I am going the match and have nothing to record my week on. I find if I do it on paper I always mess up and put weight on, stupid I know lol!!

I have a pdf file of the food diary. Would that be ok? I guess you could edit it by creating text boxes on the document or print it and write on it! If you give me your email address I'll send it to you xx

Today I have decided to do a diary from now on and be truthful!
I'm using the one on the SW website. As I've always got my phone with me I might have a better chance of remembering to do it.
