Hello and welcome! There are 3 plans on SW - Red (Original), Green and Extra Easy (EE) - you can mix these up however you like, as long as you stick to the same plan each day - so you could do all Red for a week, Green, EE or mix it up as you feel! It does take time to get your head around, but stick with it the results are well worth it... hang on I'll go and find the newbie thread for you xx
