A jam donut contains approx 280 calories (but can vary depending on size/brand) - I couldnt find the exact nutritional information for a Gregg's one.
A donut of course has no free food allowance, so it is 1 syn for every 20 calories. Making one donut approx 14 syns (OUCH!!), as different brands will vary in size/ingredients etc and without knowing the exact calories, can only give an approximation.
