Hi!

I know the birdeye bag beef in gravy is free on red but what about on green? OH really wants it for tea and im on a green day x

Sorry wont be free on green chuck! Could you not do another red day or ee? It will be free on ee if its free on red? Or are you craving carbs. If so, look up how many syns it is and syn it on a green day.

I have already had milk and cheese today and have soup and bread for lunch so no ee today for me. I have ten syns aside so hoping its not more than that. Worse case ill overload on quorn

Sorry cant find it! Are you on s w lifeline? If so put the kj and kc into the snackulator and it should tell you the syns from that.

Im not no :-( i do sw on my own using FB and this site. Think i will switch to quorn and syn free gravy. Save the beef for a red day thanks for your help x

Yes I saw that, thats why I asked if it was traditional beef. Cant seem to see the boil in the bag listed anywhere! Best sticking to a red day then you can syn away which choc etc. ha ha

Aww sorry. I know they do the packs with the.beef and trimmings, thought u meant that. Silly me! Ill see how the day goes x

Good luck the beef sounds nice, given me an idea. I only do red and green days so its just something else to add to the free list. By the way, in Asda they do lamb shanks in the Extra Special range with garlic and rosemary gravy, and they are free on a red day. The ones with mint gravy however, are syned.
