Hiya - qny brides for july 2012?

Hi all... I am trying to loose weigh for my wedding in July 2012 and I have viewed the site before but this is my first time to really use it - feel deflated at my weight and think the support that everyone gives to each other is great and I need all the support I can get!
Today is the start of a new me!
Any help tips or advice on this site would be great!
