Frankie and Benny's...... Eeeeeeek!!

I'm out on a birthday meal tomorrow night at Frankie and Benny's!!

I've been having an initial browse at the menu....

Does anyone know how good, or bad, the Meatballs and Spaghetti are???

I was thinking either that, or the New York Chicken (Minus the BBQ sauce & Montgomery cheese!!) with a jacket?!?!?!

Any answers guys?!?!

On my last visit, I had the sirloin steak with a large salad, and asked for the dressing on the side.
The sauces, such as peppercorn to accompany the steak are also served in little tubs, so you could eat just a little.

Hi JLou! Hope it went well - just realised when u posted this. I think the Meatballs and Spaghetti is ok. Not sure on the exact number of syns, but I had that for lunch one day last week and still lost 2.5 lbs at my weigh in.

I had the pasta arrabiata (no olives) when I went the other week. Can't pretend that it was particularly great, but it kept me on plan!

Going either here or Pizza hut tomorrow night, hope it's here and I make the steak and salad choice!
