Tomorow will be my first day back on SS

Hi all long time no speak...i recently up until november list 9st and unfortunatley due tojob change and my beautiful hoilday to jamaica i gained i beleive 4st back...i am veyr ashamed and know its my own fault i am expecting a visit from my CD tonight at 8pm nervous is not the word i feel a let down and also i hope i have the same determination i had before any words of advice for a 2nd time around failure???:cry:

i lost 5 stone my fist time on cambridge and i gained it back plus more

this time round when ive had a tough time and a wobble ive refused to let it beat me and got my butt back on it
