well, i have 40 lbs to lose, so I guess over 20 lbs would be awesome! Under 10 is rubbish and 11-15 is great. 16- 19/20 I'd probably stick for another month or so. I'm still at school, so my mum is buying, so it's her decision I guess, so if I stick to it, and I lose, she'll probably buy me more! Is 20 a reasonable aim for the month, or should I go lower? thanks xx
