Don't be disheartened. It's all part of the journey. I only lost 2lbs yesterday at m 3rd week weigh in and was disappointed but I'm over it now. By the way, are you stats correct? It's saying you've lost 31lbs not 21lbs. Did you lose 10lbs before starting LT?
