well, finally back on track.Offically lost three stone with slimming world so im now tryin pp! offically weighted in at 11.12 Yesterday!

Another good day! hopefully i plan to move this weight steadily!!
 
Your food looks gorgeous! Are the low fat supernoodles comparable in taste to the normal ones?
 
I love the low fat ones! but not all of them taste too good!

So for lent im going off crisps cold turkey ( which is a big issue i eat an excessive amount) been bad for a week and weighed myself at 12.1! ( why do i do it to myself!!:mad: )

DAY FOUR OFF CRISPS

finding it rather hard to want to eat really without crisps :( like not wanting to snack at all!
staying strong thou! my goal for lent is to be one stone lighter ! and only one takeaway per week!!
