Back to basics!
Dose anyone know why you seem to loose less the more you exercise? had a cough last week, ate more or less all my syns but lost allot more weight! Ive just read a post that said the following "Its the same with exercise, if you go from zero to a couple of decent work outs you'd be disappointed to see a gain but most DO see a gain the first couple of weeks as their muscles suddenly hold onto extra fluids to repair and fuel the next work out" this dose make allot of sense, so can you drink even more to prevent this???

Hi.. im going to be a complete buff here (im on a sports course at uni).... bascially when you begin to exercise, your muscles are getting used in a way they aren't used to... so you get tiny tears in your muscle, which then they will start to repair themselves, and will actually increase in size... muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be losing fat, but GAINING muscle, so this could result in an increase in weight... it will level out though, so give out about 3 weeks before you see it on the scales. but your body should be toning so take it by the feel of your clothes rather than the scales!
