ok so i'm kind of struggling and i'm hoping that this will keep me on the straight and narrow please feel free to point out any ideas or anywhere you think i may be going wrong. I work shifts so somedays i eat more than others. I've still not managed to get my head round EE so mostly do red, green and mix 2 max!
im useless at planning i know its probably where i fall down.
here goes! :D
 
21-2-11 mix 2 max today

breakfast-
bananna, pear and melon

lunch-
left over roast pork, and stir fry veg (pepers, onions, courgettes, baby corn) with soy sauce and sweet chilli 2

Tea -
lamb quorn fillets new pots, veg and gravy 3

snacks-
4 ryvita HEXB 4 laughing cow light 1 splash milk HEXA
hi-fi bar HEXB
1 diet coke
8 glasses of weak squash

syns so far 5 it is the weigh in tomorrow
