Does the pharmacist have to weigh you?

This sounds silly, but I really don't want to be weighed. I find weighing myself actually motivators me and sends me into a depression, id rather weigh myself after a couple of months and measure myself instead.

I really don't wish to know my BMI or weight, but I really want to do lipotrim. I know there is exante but its 42 pounds all together with delivery and I cant afford months supply just yet.

Hi, if you sign up via your gp/chemist you will certainly be weighed each week your on LT, some chemists check your keytones and all gp's certainly do.
Exante is another Tfr but is totally online.
You can great fab losses on LT, it's such a buzz to go each week to see what you have lost.
I suppose it all depends on the chemist, some I hear do not have a clue and would just sell it to you regardless!!

If your pharmacist insists on weighing you you could always ask not to be told. I suppose they have to for their records.

If you can afford the Exante bumper pack its definitely good value and ofcourse you weigh in when you want to.

You do realise though with a VLCD its not like conventional diets, seeing the scales drop week after week is a fab feeling, you really cant NOT lose on a VLCD :)
