Wednesday 16th Feb:
Missed breakfast as i had a morning weigh in :/
then went for a carvery after weigh in im thinking it was relatively not a bad cheat but regret it now so i'm hoping 15syns for the carvery, but i'm sure it will be more.
Tea: mushroom omlette with onions and peas with rice
snacks: apple
drinks: water and coffee with sweetener
HeA 250ml skimmed milk
no healthy option b :/
