Once I am more of a regular I will start posting in the general threads but I just had to make an announcement of this as I'm so chuffed! I'm now weighing myself on the scales at the gym every week. I started my new eating plan and regular exercise in mid Jan. Weigh in was today and as of today I have lost in total 10lbs!! I am just soooo chuffed, with the total weight loss as well as my 2 lb weight loss this week, I really thought I may have stayed the same or even gained so to have lost 2 lbs was so wonderful.
Anyway I had to post here as I know this is the place where you'll understand the feeling! I still have to pinch myself and have trouble believing that after 8 years of dreaming about losing weight and being slim for the first time in my life, I am finally getting there. Best thing I've ever done.
