Oatiflakes/Shreedded Wheat as a HEXB?

Hi All,
In the food optimising booklet, it says I can have 28gr of Weetabix Oatibix Flakes & 1 oat/scan bran as a hexb.

I don't like the scan brans & was wondering if I can just up the amount of oatiflakes & if so, how much more?

Also, can I have 2 normal Shredded Wheat as a hexb too??

No you can not add more than 28g you could have a ryvita instead and you can have 1 shredded wheat with ryvita
