I feel stuffed and still can't believe you can eat all this.

I had roast chicken, 1/2 packet of savoury rice with roasted veg added, peas, broccolli, parsnips and cauliflower cheese (2 1/2 syns).

For desert I had sugar free jelly, meringue, strawberrys and mullerlight yoghurt. (4 syns)

And I've still got enough syns left for a hot choc and an alpen light bar later if I want one!

Great this 'diet' isn't it :)

sounds yummy. i made some super speed soup so i had a bowl of that followed by a mullerlight and i am stuffed.
fingers are crossed for a good wi result tomorrow otherwise it'll be speedy soup all next week too lol

Homemade fish pie :)

Sticky chicken drummers, h/made coleslaw, sw chips..recipe from this months sw mag.

I agree -SW is fab! For my tea I had:

- roasted veggies, baked bean and butter bean hot pot (ie with spices, tinned toms, onion, carrot, garlic)
- stewed apple with spices, served with quark/vlf fromage frais/lemon 'cream'
- later a large highlights hot chocolate (3syns) made with milk (HA) - divine :)

The butterbean hot pot sounds nice, do you have your own recipe? I'd like to try it, is the recipe on the recipe forum? xx

Hi Jellybeans

I made it up just to get a bit more speed foods in! Basically it was a tin of baked beans, tin of butterbeans, carton of chopped toms. First chop 1 onion, ,grate a carrot and chop up some garlic to taste and fry with fry light, then add all the tinned bits. Simmer for 10 mins or until thickened. I added some hot bush tuckers rub from tesco which was really nice and better the next day too. :)

Thank you, i like the sound of this! yum yum x
