Does anyone know where I can buy a plastic model that represents 1lb of fat ?

Think it will be good to keep to boost my morale.

Yes they do a tiny fridge magnet one. then bigger 1lb,2.5lb & 5lb ones.all horribly disgustingly real & blubbery

My old Slimming world lady had one but I was under the impression that they were REALLY expensive. Can you email or ring head office to ask them?

The 5lb one is about £52 and the 1lb is not a fifth of the cost I think it is about £24 but dont quote me. I only bought the 5lb one as it has more impact.

might sound a bit cheap but you could buy a kilo of "value" lard or something from tesco! To make yourself feel like a super environmentalist (or a mentalist hehe) mix it with seeds every couple of weeks and turn it into fat balls for the birds! Oh god, day one of the school holidays and sound like presenter from Blue Peter!

i made me and sonkie a lb of weight by weighing out 1lb of uncooked rice and stuffing it tightly into a pair of my daughters old wooly tights, cutting the leg off then twisting it, doubling it back over the rice making sure its still packed in really tight and sewing it up. works as a stress ball and is also a fab weapon ("what u mean my bum looks big in this...whoosh!!) blue peter, eat ur heart out

I got a 5lb blob off ebay for about £10, mind you the postage was £10. Not sure if they have any now, you might have to search under different titles...fat blob, prosthetic fat, pretend fat, etc.
