Keeping track of syns

Hiya, out of interest is anyone else really bad keeping track of syns? I have a SW tracker to write stuff down but I have been really bad this week! (Prob cos ive been running around a 16mth old!)

Any ideas how to keep a better track of syns?

i try to have things that are 5 syns or under, that way i know i can have two or three things... i find this easier to keep track of
