hi all,

I hope everyone is well.

I had my 3rd Cambridge weigh in today. I have only lost 2lbs this week and put on an inch around my stomach

Has this ever happened to anybody?

I started off on Lipotrim and lost 1st was on that for 4 weeks. From week 5 onwards i have been on Cambridge.

To date I have lost 25lbs.

I have another 25lbs to go.

What if i avaerage at 2lbs going forward?? I will be on this diet for another 12 weeks.

I know we all hit plateaus but i thought thats more near the last stone or so or the last few pounds.

Any advice appriciated.

Many thankss:wave_cry::confused:

Hi

Are you doing any exercise? How much water are you drinking?

I have a lot more than you to lose, and the last 3 weeks my losses have slowed which has surprised my cdc.

She has asked that this week I drink min 3litres every day this week and to have a couple of ss+ days this week to mix it up a bit and hopefully shock my body into losing more!

Might not work for you though. Have you spoken to your cdc about it?

Hi

I wouldn't worry too much... you only have 25 left to lose so that means your loss pattern will change. Also the inch around your waist could be a measurement error (always hard to re-measure in the same place so sometimes mine have varied by up to an inch in different places) so consider how your clothes are feeling? I've haven't been too concerned about my variations with the tape measure as my clothes are consistently looser.

It could also be hormonal water retention etc.

And finally the wild card.. always a possibility that needs to be considered... could you be maybe pregnant? Losing weight can increase your fertility significantly so always something to be aware of especially if CD has made your periods irregular?
