What happens at the WW meetings ??

Hi all...

I am starting Weight Watchers on Tuesday and just wondered if anyone could tell me what to expect at the first and subsequent meetings (weigh ins, time taken etc).

you register first then get weighed in then given your folder ,sit down then for meeting,,ours takes half an hr,,meeting this week was on portion control,,something different each week,,at the end we usually say which low point food we have found and give each other tips and then she gives us a motto for the weeklike nothing tastes as good as looking good feels

That sounds ok

I have watched too much little Britain and have this scary scenario in my head of what a meeting will be like
