Loving ourselves

Joy86 over in the Lighter Life has inspired me to start this thread. I believe that for so many of us this is a psychological journey as much as a physical one, and it's easier to change it (our bodies) if we love it!
So I will start...
1.I love how strong my legs are to carry around this huge amount of surplus weight.
2. I love my hair and skin.
3. I love that I am a kind, loving person.
4. I love that I have a strong sense of empathy,and am very understanding and forgiving (so I've been told!)
There may be more-just can't think of them at the moment!!

I love that the weight loss is making me a better happier mummy! i can now run around after my toddler and crawl on the floor chasing after her :)
