and i stayed the same which i am not surprised at as i have had a bad time this last week with really bad cravings for fat and i think i had some bad withdrawl symptoms as well according to my instructor after explaining everything to her, i was just so so tired for about 2 days and had a funny head so hopefully with that out the way i can really get to it this week

Yes you will lose, its your body adjusting to the new regime. Good luck ;)

Keep your chin up, stay on track this week and you should have a great loss. We all have different bodies and it sounds like your has just got a little shocked!
