Hello :)
Joined this forum to get support and tips on losing 20lbs.
Let me tell you abit about myself:
When I was age 16, I weighted almost 15 stone. I decided that enough was enough and decided to start dieting. I ate low calorie and low fat foods, along with Sugar Free energy drink (not good I know, but it sped up my metabolism). When I reached 18 years old, I was in the 10 stone range. I'm now 19 years old and I'm 9 stone 12, 138lbs.
I met my boyfriend when I was 17, I weighed 13 stone. I've lost 3 stone since being with him, but he still picks on my weight. Whether it's grabbing my tummy fat, or my thighs. I hate it.

I'm trying to lose 20lbs in time for my 20th Birthday in September.
