how much water

I think i drink 3 - 4 litres, i love water...

I really struggle with my water, never ben a fan of it by it's self I usually get through about 2 1/2 litres

I drink between 2.5-3.5 liters per day

Yeah the admin made a thread about this were they had emailed Lipotrim themselves :) Lipotrim replied saying 3-4 but not too much more than that? I dnt know why maybe it makes you sick or something :-O Yeah prob best sticking to 3-4 love x

If you drink more than 4 liters you're flushing away key minerals from your body plus you can get water poisoning. I know it sounds weird, but it can actually happen.

I drink between 2 and 2.5 litres. 2 is the bare minimum you should be drinking on this diet.

Drinking water has been the best habit I have acquired whilst on TFR. I was never a great water drinker before that. Whilst on TFR I drank at least three litres every day. Since finishing, I have kept up my water intake and try to have a minimum of two litres and preferably three every day. On days when I don't drink enough I definitely pick a lot more!!! So, I would encourage everyone to keep up the water habit once you reach your goal.

Interesting this. When I started, I measured what all the cups and mugs I normally use held as a normal serving. I then tracked the drinks I had, including black coffee as water (is that correct?) Anyway, I was sure that I drank very near the recommended minimum of 4 pints each day anyway so was not worried.

I set up a spreadsheet on my phone (OK, I am a bloke!!!) to track exactly what I was drinking and was shocked to find that I was no where near the 4 pints, in fact, I was only just over two.

So by tracking exactly what I was drinking I soon got a feel for what 4 pints was and now I have no trouble drinking 5 pints per day. However, I don't like water that much and we bought a water filter jug in the hope of making it taste better, which it does. I use the same filtered water kept in the fridge to make the shakes nice and cold, just how I like them.

I would say though that if you are guessing your intake, you may be a lot less or a lot more than you think, you don't have to be as 'geeky' as me with my spreadsheet but keep an accurate track, you may be surprised.

Good work paddy! I totally underestimated how much water I was drinking pre diet so have been using my water filter and bottles so I now know exactly how much I have had!

Yep, exactly why I use water bottles and keep refilling them. I aim for three to four litres a day.

I normally drink 3-4lts per day. I try to ensure I always have a wanter bottle on me and sip the water through out the day rather then massive intakes a certain times.

I have a large jug which holds 2 litres. I fill this up with water at the start of every day and know I've got to have finished it by the end of the day. I use additional water for my shakes and I don't include any coffees in my calculations so these are an added bonus.
