Hi everyone! Thought I had better start a weight loss diary on here! Just a bit of background info: I'm 23, part time student, full time healthcare assistant. Work all kinds of crazy shifts and have to fit my eating around it, which used to result in snacking on bad food! Now I have got engaged to the man of my dreams, I'm facing a big change in my life. So what better time than get my body the way I want it to be! I have pledged not to look at wedding dresses till I have dropped at least the 2 and a half stone I want to lose initially.
Slimming world is my method of choice because I like the way you are actually changing your habits, the way you cook and eat, not relying on some points or meal replacement thing. I'm not a member of a club (can't really afford it) but I have all the books from friends who are on the plan as well and seeing great results!
Anyway, as it's late in the day I'll just say I haven't really stayed on plan today but I have just made my first batch of Super-free soup and looking forward to having it for lunch tomorrow!
