Anyone got a better way of dealing with it than chewing gum?

I use breath spray allllllllllll the time. I wake up thinking i have bad breath and the same when i go to bed, no matter how much i brush or use mouthwash. But the breath spray sorts me out straight away and tescos own is only about £1.60 and lasts about a week

I try to breathe through my nose as much as possible instead
