I understand that it's important to have the 3 shakes/soups/bars a day on SS because it gives me the required amount of vitamins & minerals etc but yesterday I only had 2. Does it really matter for one day as long as it isn't a regular occurence?
It was accidental believe it or not When I finally went to bed last night I realised that I hadn't had my 3rd shake and didn't want to have it once I was tucked up in bed (it was about 2am!)
Can anyone tell me if this matters? Should I have 4 today to make up for it or stick to my usual 3? I'd rather not have 4 unless someone tells me I really should!
