Weight loss staying the same!

For the past few weeks I keep either staying the same or losing gaining half a pound! I've had a chat with my instructor tonight who thinks that I'm now eating enough! She says that I should be eating 1590, whilst I've been previously been on between 1450-1500.

Anybody else got any thoughts?
 
She could be right. Give it a go and see if it works. If it doesn't chuck out her idea and move onto another idea...
