I have done a search in this forum but can't seem to find an answer, I am hoping somebody here could help me with the syn value for ^^^

So divide calories by 20 to get your syn value for the measurement.

not sure if this is the one you have, if not I am sure you will find the one you have on the same site:

ASDA Strong White Bread Flour (1.5Kg) in ASDA | mySupermarket

but it is 337 calories for 100g

which makes it 17 syns per 100g
