Meal Plan- is this ok?

Hi guys im trying to lose about 25 LB, my start weight is 133. i am female and have a desk job, 23 years old and am only 5ft tall. Finding it very difficult to lose weight. Is the meal plan below ok? would you change or swap anything out? Any comments welcome, Im desperate.

Breakfast
-Omlette + veg
or
-Bran flakes + skimmed milk
or
-porridge

Snack
-plain yogurt

Lunch
Salad (lettuce,carrot, peppers, tomato) No dressing
chicken/tuna

Dinner
fish/chicken/ salad. Spinach brocoli
 
I think you could add fruits for snacks and add some whole carb for lunch (a cup of borwn rice or quinoa for example), so that you'll have the energy you need for daily life and will have your vitamins ;)
