Had to change class this week and im going tonight instead of Thursday, do you think it makes a big differance in your weight loss to be weighed 2 days earlier?

Its my 3rd WI and to be honest i wasnt please with last weeks loss, only 1lb compaired to the 5lb id lost the 1st week and i felt id been really good and on plan all week .

Done more excersise this week too, so if i ent lost i ent gonna be happy

1/2 a stinkin pound off, Think im going to have to look at my food diary for the 1st week i did and see if ive strayed off plan in anyway.

Oh well, ill console myself with the thought that it could have been 2lb off if i'd gone on Thursday instead of tonight.

1/2lb is still ok, better than 1/2 ON...... its still all in the right direction. Try not to worry about this week, it is hard if you have WI on a different day. Its not really a accurate reading tonight, as its only 5 days on plan for a week not 7. If you look at it like a science project from school, the readings from tonights WI are false as you have changed the variable. wait until next weeks WI for a accurate result.
I dont go to club, WI at home, so i use the same scales on the same bit of the bathroom floor, 1st thing saturday morning. so i keep everything the same, then i know its a true reading.
Im not sugesting you scale hop, but you could have a home WI, say 1st thing in the morning on your WI day, so if you have to go to club on a different day, you can keep track at home. Bear in mind your scales and SW scales may never be the same,
come to that each SW groups scales maybe slightly different also.
So just forget that it was only 1/2lb, stick to plan and see what next week brings on normal scales on normal day.

Just remember your scales maybe different to your normal SW ones, unless you have weighed on them before and know what the difference is. Ours are about 2lbs different!
