Healthy Eating & Exercise

not when you have as little to lose as you do. BMI target??????

You don't need to lose 2 stones. Maybe you want to loose a bit more but you should be carefull, never go under 18 bmi. It isn't healthy and only few people (those ones with dast metabolisms) can eat healthy at a 17.5 bmi.

Besides, there's no need for you to lose so quick, you aren't at a dangerours weight.

Take care

8 stone would make you dangerously underweight.

Have you actually read any of the replies you've had?? You don't need to lose 2 and half stone, that would make you dangerously underweight. Can you not take this on board? I very much doubt that any healthy eating plan would allow someone of your weight to lose that much in 3 months anyway.

Loosing 2 stones would make me 119lbs - in the healthy range for my height I believe. I am just under 5 foot 7 - probably 5 foot 6 and a half so this half an inch is taken in board too.

I don't mean to sound funny but it seems to me that you're at quite a healthy weight anyway but are just desperate to get to some target that you get the impression you need to be and won't accept any advice otherwise. People on here are only trying to help you along the way and wouldn't want to see someone struggle like hell and put their health at risk if they really don't need to.

you will make yourself very ill, but its your choice. if you want to be anoexic and looking ill all the time, do it..... becuase nothing anyone says will stop you.

were only saying this to help you. not to be nasty or anything, but come on, dont put yourself at risk, its bloody stupid.

having known one of my best friends go through anorexia, and seeing just how ill she really was.... horrible. she was a similar size to you to begin with, and height, she dropped to just under 8 stone. her bones visible on her back, her ribs ect... like she'd snap basically.

thankfully she recovered, but her health suffered badly, and for what? to look thin. its not worth it ms. popi

It will be tough to lose it that fast tbh. You are starting where a lot of people are ending and people usually find their losses slow down towards the end...therefore you may want to re evaluate the time line.

Another point is that you want to get to that weight by healthy eating. I am afraid I do not think that healthy eating alone will get you there as it isn't a healthy weight.

Don't set yourself up to fail.
